They cannot grasp this concept and I usually have to repeat it-egg and cheese only. Get to the window and usually it’s 3-something dollars. This time they charged me for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I pointed this out and was rudely lectured by the guy at the register. Then I get to the window and not acknowledged by the girl standing there asking if I wanted bacon or no bacon which I tell her no bacon and she rolled her eyes. I told her I will never come back to this location and she says “OK” rudely. Then hands me my bag and says “please come again”…seriously? I feel bad for the culture these employees have to work in.

- SCSofia CabriniDec 17, 20251.0I arrived at the drive thru at 10:58 and was told they were closed even though google maps says they close at 11pm which to me means I can order at 10:58, so when I drove away an employee opened the window and rudely yelled at me to “check google maps next time” but google maps says you are open til 11. Tell your employees to stop closing early and not to be rude about it either.
- LLLindseyDec 11, 20255.0This McDonald’s is honestly my favorite in the area. The food is fresh and consistent and they have reasonable prices compared to other locations that are close by. I frequently go through the drive thru to pick up mobile orders but I will sometimes go eat inside and utilize their wifi while I’m on break from work. Most of the employees are very friendly and they are always working hard when it is really busy. I am here at least 2-3 times per week and I have never had a bad experience with my food or customer service. I find myself going out of my way to go to this McDonald’s compared to other nearby locations. I never expect much from fast food places nowadays but this location has exceeded my expectations on multiple occasions.
