It wasn't that I needed it but past issues at McDonald's have lead me to get oone. The person tells me what I ordered. I wait and time goes by. I've been waiting patiently and another person takes there orders. The employee ask me what I'm ordering. I tell him I already did and tells me it on the pick up window. How the hell am I supposed to know my order is waiting for me. Another person goes through my order because he is having the same issue. Is it that hard to say hay order 13 is ready. Oh yea it probably would have helped if I had a receipt. Well time to move on to a different location. I see now why they have 3 stars.
