  The only thing that was good was the sandwich thing else was shitty tell everyone to park on the side road and people that were after me got their food first.

  truly not every mcd is created equal. the manager at this mcd, nov 12 2025 noon, is truly on his game. the moment i order the staff is calling out the order to each other and i get it in 10 seconds. never seen that before in my life. guy is like playing overcooked in real life! this gotta be the most well run mcd in america. edit: i wrote this glowing review and then read others, come to find everyone absolutely trashing this place. lol. i dont know man did i get lucky or they recently reformed? it's true the McChicken wasn't fresh but it's rarely ever fresh at any mcd so i didn't even think about that. it's sad mcd can't make a fresh one because the times i had it, it was insanely good. either way im keeping the review 5 stars for the insane speed. i actually ordered two separate times in one visit too so it wasn't a fluke.

  This McDonald’s location has been consistently disappointing. The last five times we’ve come here, it’s been the same ridiculously long waits and poor food quality. They regularly ask customers to pull around the corner or park in a designated spot just so their service times don’t get dinged meaning corporate has no idea how long people are actually waiting. Even after waiting 20 minutes or more, the food isn’t fresh and the orders are wrong. For example, I ordered a McChicken with no mayonnaise, just lettuce, and got the exact opposite only mayonnaise and no lettuce. If you’re going to have customers pull around and take that extra time to prepare their meal, it should be correct. This isn’t the first time either there have been multiple previous errors. Something really needs to change here. Either management needs to step up, or corporate needs to get involved because this level of service is unacceptable. I don’t want a coupon I want quality service.

  First time here, I ordered 1 drink. Did not receive the drink for 30 minutes. Employees were laughing and gossiping while ignoring me and their other customers. The manager was attempting to get the orders out, but she was obviously not even on the schedule as she was wearing booty shorts and a graphic t-shirt. Next visit to this McDonalds, I was picking up an order for delivery. The same manager looked at me, and went back to doing whatever is was that she was working on, then without a word, slammed the order on the counter in front of me, and walked off. WITHOUT A WORD. I feel like even a grunt of acknowledgement would be more customer service oriented than the silent treatment I received at this location.
