Multiple times, I order from the app and pick up my order, there is always something missing . Today, I forgot to check the bag to make sure everything was in there and found that I was missing a 10 piece nuggets. I called the store and the manager told me to go back and pick it up. Why would I drive back while the rest of my food gets cold?

I have allways came here sense I moved to Gilbert like 10 years ago. But just this year the service is shitty I can never know wht they are saying or asking they are rude. I went up to the counter asking for a water cup and the girl that was working there l said “ why do you need one” the front for costumers Never has ketchup for our food. The food most like burnt IF you even get your right order. Hopefully they can improve or I will not becoming back.

A very sweet, younger, perhaps-manager seemed to maybe be having a rough day today around 4pm. The drive thru was backed up and people waiting and angry. Looking back, I wish I hadn't been one of the frustrated people. Hope this young woman is well. Thank you for your hard work.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's in the valley. It's by my house so when I do stop at McDonald's it's usually this one. I'm now at the point where I end up going anywhere else but this McDonald's. Orders are constantly wrong and today my wife ordered $50 worth of food. And of course it was the complete wrong order. Terrible customer service when you call in asking to get the correct order. They eventually make it right, but question you if you actually ordered what you ordered. Awful experience at this location and will not be returning here. Today when we realized we got the wrong order we called in and I was told to come back to the store and that the order would be ready and that I can speak with the manager "Junior". So I get there and I ask for Junior and Junior is apparently too good to even come and talk to me. They had someone else come and do it. The order was not ready. They made me restate my order all over again. And finally after sitting there watching them they got the order right. But for the 10 minutes I was there. I am not even joking. Four other customers walked up complaining of getting the wrong order or having their order messed up.
Mcdonald's is McDonald's so I don't anticipate this review will do any monetary harm but the franchisee and the managers need to know about how bad this location treats its customers and how bad they're messing up orders.

The last month or longer that I have been coming to this McDonald's the play place is disgustingly hot It's like they never put on their AC I thought for a while it was just broken but now it's been at least a month if not two and it's the same way
