  Charlie and I think he said his name was Brendan lol were so nice!!! I messed up my order and didn’t realize it and they still remade my sandwich. And we’re so kind and friendly. Love this location will be coming back!! Thank you guys for your help :)

  These people are awesome! Years ago I bought a big jar of Jimmy’s peppers from a Jimmy John’s in Washington state that was selling them at the counter. Hands down the best sliced pickled peppers I have ever had. So- last week I went in to this location and I noticed the big jars of them stacked side by side on top of the cooler. I asked if they ever sold the jars, and the three workers in the store had never heard of anyone buying them. I was the only customer there (it was right before closing) and the three of them searched the computer to see if they could find a retail code for them. They were getting ready to call their boss at home. These people really wanted to help me! They were awesome! Finally, one of them found the retail code and I was able to take them home. I truly didn’t expect my trip to Jimmy John’s to be the best customer experience I’ve had in a very long time, but it was. Finding one person who truly cares is great, but finding an entire staff that cares is unique. Thank you, and I love the peppers!

  It was literally freaky fast! I haven't been this impressed by the speed of food being made in awhile. Whoever was here 12/28/25 around 02:30 pm are top notch employees! 💯

  The kids working there are so passive aggressive and rude. Always have “I hate it here” vibes. I get it, it’s probably not the best job but at least try and give good service for my over priced sandwich. The food is decent, not the best JJ but not bad. ( last 10+ reviews have 1 star and mention the rudeness of your employees at this location should be raising a huge red flag for Jimmy Johns jf you care at all about your reputation)
