This used to be the absolute best Einstein's around but every single visit now there's either a mistake or a bagel quality issue. The bagels recently are either over cooked or undercooked, and also are frequently missing the cornmeal or whatever they are supposed to have on the bottoms. Today, they are so hard and stale we can barely chew them. Really disappointed and have started taking our business all the way to the location at Val Vista and Williams Field.

And everyone else around her was so nice and help when we they didn't have a specific item they gave us options which was extremely helpful! They even gave us a discount which me and my boyfriend were extremely thankful for! This Einstein Bagels location is a 10 out of 10! Definitely recommend coming to this location!! Best in the valley!
