- MMMercedes Mincey3 days ago2.0I love Dutch Bros, but I won’t be returning to this location. I ordered ahead, and my boba was missing from my drink. I had my daughter return it to the worker, who clearly needs customer service skills. Initially, she tried to lie and say the boba was under the blue boba, so I had my daughter take the drink. Then, she scooped some of my blue boba out of my drink and added a little red boba. She told my daughter to tell me next time to have it on the order. By the way, if she could clearly read, she’d know that the “Poppin’ Boba Fire Lizard Rebel” comes with red boba already, and I paid extra to add blue boba. My daughter’s drink also had both paid bobas. Instead of trying to tell someone to make sure they add it next time, make sure you read the order correctly. Learn to take responsibility for your error. I’ve never had this happen at any other Dutch Bros location, so maybe this teen worker needs more guidance or further training.

After you tell them about their mistake they try to check you saying you never specified and recharge you for a drink that’s not even all the way full. Way to take accountability.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
