  Dutch Bros in Gilbert never misses. From the moment you pull up, the energy is unmatched friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming every single time. The crew always knows how to put you in a good mood and keeps the line moving while still making you feel seen. Drinks are consistently on point whether you’re grabbing a classic coffee, a Rebel, or something custom, they get it right every time. Quality, speed, and vibes are elite. Hands down one of the best Dutch Bros locations around. If you’re in Gilbert, this spot is a must. I’ll keep coming back, no question. ☕️🔥

  I can't say enough about the kindness and service we received today! My daughter had surgery yesterday and we wanted to get her a smoothie with protein (helps in the healing process ☺️). They went above and beyond and made her cup special for her! It definitely put a smile on her face and made this momma so grateful the people still care enough to try and brighten someone else's day! Thank you for loving what you do and making her day special 💗

  I’m writing this as a heads-up for anyone who orders sugar-free drinks from the Dutch Bros on McQueen. My assistant and I have been coming here for the past few weeks and consistently ordering what we believed were sugar-free versions of specific drinks. We always made it clear that they needed to be sugar-free due to medical reasons. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, Carol informed us that those particular drinks actually cannot be made fully sugar-free. This was extremely concerning to hear because my assistant has a medical condition where sugar intake significantly impacts her health. We later realized this may be the reason she became very sick and even ended up in the hospital, while we couldn’t figure out what was causing it. We had trusted that the drinks were being made sugar-free as requested. We understand that mistakes and miscommunication can happen, and the staff is usually friendly and hardworking. Josh the manager was busy when we tried to speak with him, so we weren’t able to fully address it in person. However, for customers with diabetes, autoimmune conditions, or other health issues, accurate information about sugar content is not just a preference, it’s a safety issue. Please make sure to clearly communicate whether a drink can or cannot be made truly sugar-free, and ensure staff is aligned on this. We would also appreciate being contacted by someone from corporate to discuss this situation further. Just want others to be aware so no one else goes through a health scare like this.

  Ive been to plenty Dutch Bros around the valley and most of time they make my freezer and hand me a melted one. This place always has upbeat service and they remake my drinks. I usually dont sweat it if it is melted but this place always has great customer sevice. Everyone here does for sure. Give everyone here a raise 🙌
