The food was cold, the bacon was burnt, and there were zero toppings available—basically a “bring your own” situation. With no other cafés nearby, this place has an opportunity, but it’s clearly being wasted. The restaurant was empty, which makes perfect sense. Staff stood around chatting while tables and floors were filthy, and the glass display case was covered in greasy fingerprints. There’s no excuse for that level of neglect. I definitely won’t be back...also another customer was offered Chipotle sauce i was not ..

I got there right away everyone was so incredibly rude and they had no idea what order I was talking about, had to run around looking for stickers, finally found it and said that now they were out of everything I ordered so they had to refund me. Both staff members were very rude to me and acted like I did something wrong for asking why it hadn’t been packed up until 45 mins later. Definitely won’t be back. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional the staff was.
