  Would give it zero stars if I could. Food - Out of two of ingredients. There was a wait on them. Service - Lack luster. Unfriendly. The burrito assembler didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Atmosphere - Rice / food all over the floor. Dirty establishment! It was gross. Maybe a big party left a mess, I don't know, but it was filthy. My chicken burrito was cold; i.e. the chicken was cold. We ordered four items and they were all barely average. Low-quality service, filthy environment, lack of ingredients and cold food. Poor experience... will not be going back. FYI, this location only recently opened, so I expected it to be in great shape and running well... definitely not the case.

  Come on Chipotle. Came by to buy my wife lunch and they were out of cheese and lettuce and the place was a mess. Employees acted like it was normal to be out this. Ai told them I would wait and the said they were completely out in store. Some automated person will respond to call or contact some corporate web site but nothing will be done to remedy their problems.

  They say a picture is worth 1,000 words and this one sums up what several others have been saying: 1) It's under-stocked 2) The stock that is there is disorganized 3) It's completely dirty 4) And most importantly, this picture was taken at 5:15pm. Meaning, it likely sat like this for hours after the lunch rush. This is without question the most poorly run Chipotle, and dare I say fast food restaurant, I have ever been into. Absolutely zero urgency with the entire staff and no management presence whatsoever.

  Went to pick up my takeout order and there were 8 other people in line in front of me waiting on their deliveries or take out. After standing there for almost 10 minutes and watching 3 workers busting their butts in the drive through there were 4 others standing around doing nothing. Finally somebody spoke up and pointed out to an employee there were lots of take out bags sitting on a shelf by the drive through. Everyone got their orders within the next 3 minutes. No telling how long it sat up there on the shelf. At least 10 I know for sure.

  Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. These employees complain about serving guests right in front of your face. Was there for the BOGO deal Saturday. Duh it will be busy. Giving out free food in this economy. Lady at the register named Aiyana was doing everything in her power to not give guests the BOGO deal. Multiple complaints on how rude she was and how she was purposefully screwing customers out of the deal or charging them a cheaper bowl (3 pointer) to screw customers out of the BOGO. Never been charged for a 3 pointer EVER. The counter at check out was covered in cheese, rice, beans, lettuce you name it. By the reviews, most are having similar experiences. Hopefully y’all get it together!
