  I don't understand how Management wants this location to stay open. The young kids who run this place are gossipy when you bring to their attention that the order is wrong. We've tried several times now since they opened and still can't get the pickup order right. And never fail to make you feel like they are complaining about you by running to each staff member looking at you and laughing. When they messed up the order I'm not sure if you place online orders if they are unable to read since it's not done right.

  This chipotle sucks made my order completely wrong and I’ve been here five time and the quality of the food and service sucks. No management present since I’ve been coming at all. Do not order delivery cause they will mess up on purpose just so you go back in person. Zero stars if I could. And I love chipotle smh 😢

  horrible workers, not organized worker explicitly said “i hate this job bro” to his other co worker. took 20 minutes while i was at the ordering counter because they couldn’t figure out how to get everything together.

  The employee Macey, had a terrible attitude when ordering she slammed my bowl down and sighed as she handed it to another employee as if I taking too long too order it made me feel annoyed and rushed. Everyone else had amazing attitudes and gave excellent customer service.

  I love Chipotle in general but this one needs a lot of work. They are almost always out of multiple things. The employees (for the most part) are friendly but it doesn't help with the food. I live and work nearby and won't be visiting for a long while in hopes that they'll figure out how to be like other Chipotles. If they do I'll happily update my review but for now they are very mediocre and not worth the money.
