  Horrible experience THREE times and they don’t even have a phone number that works to reach them. They serve chicken full of gristle and inedible. It’s disgusting. The employees don’t care and will literally throw chicken fat pieces into your bowl. THREE TIMES I got a chicken burrito bowl & literally couldn’t eat the chicken because it is pure gristle. Terrible quality of food at this location. Also, their drive thru line that is specifically only for pick up is usually 15-20 min which is unacceptable. They are poorly run and I would not recommend this store at all. We were all so excited to have chipotle near us and it’s been a total disappointment. The GM needs to talk with his employees about proper cutting and serving of chicken meat as well as how to properly run a pick up line. ZERO STARS.

  They completely skimp on the rice and every other portion (sour cream, chicken, corn etc) as if they are going through a zombie apocalypse and have to ration food or if it’s coming out of their own paycheck lol. Mine and the lady before me barely had our bowls 1/2 full by the time we finished our whole order. I won’t be coming back to this location.

  Picked up from the drive through. Just bit into my burrito and got a long hair in my mouth. Started pulling it and sure enough, it came from the burrito. Tried calling the store but it goes directly to voicemail.

  Food was good, But I thought the chipotlane was for pickups and not for ordering. We were there when our order was ready for pickup. We waited almost 10 minutes for a guy to order from the pickup window and wait for his order, while ours sat there getting cold. Finally, we got tired of waiting and we went in and picked it up. This guy should have been told to order online or go inside to order. Use your head Chipotle

  We use to really love going to Chipotle. I think either the management at this Chipotle is either not great or the franchise owner is not managing the locations. This location being a newer location should have all the new Chipotle vibes but it has some major dings. The bathroom smells like urine and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a week. The chips are stale and the rice tastes old like it was used from the day before. It seems that a lot of corners are being cut. I ordered a kids size cheese quesadilla with no sides (no meat)and they said that it was $5 even though in almost every other Chipotle that we’ve been to in California, Nevada and Arizona it’s $1.68. The crazy part was that they said it was because of ingredient costs. The kids quesadilla is the tortilla used in a taco without the filling. You can get a side full sized tortilla and a side of cheese (bigger portion) and it’s actually cheaper than the “side kids quesadilla”. Lol. Really terrible experience.
