However, during a recent visit to this location I was very disappointed with the quality of the food I received. To start, the herbs used in my dish were not cut properly. They were in large chunks rather than thinly diced, which was very unexpected and not at all consistent with my past experiences at Carrabba’s. I also ordered a Caesar salad, and unfortunately the lettuce was slimy and the dressing did not taste like a traditional Caesar dressing. The bread that was served seemed undercooked as well. Most disappointing was the shrimp scampi. There were no visible garlic pieces, and I could not taste any lemon flavor at all, which is unusual for this dish and very different from what I normally expect from Carrabba’s. This meal was quite expensive, as I ordered two appetizers, a salad, an entrée, and a drink, so the overall experience was extremely disappointing given the cost and my usual expectations given the name. I wanted to share this feedback because I am a regular customer and typically enjoy Carrabba’s very much and I was unfortunately extremely disappointed with my visit

They have changed their lasagna recipe- not as good as their original. The marsala sauce was oily and did not have the superior flavor it used to. The Caesar salad dressing is still terrific. The new pasta wheezie is inferior to their original. This chain used to be our favorite italian grill.
