It took quite a while just to get our waters, and the biggest disappointment came when my entrée arrived incorrectly. What made the situation worse wasn’t just that my food was wrong, but that the waitress blamed me for the mistake, as if I had ordered the wrong dish. I always order chicken piccata and would never accidentally order something else—she simply heard me wrong. Hearing her place the blame on me while talking to someone else was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The manager did handle the situation kindly by allowing us to keep the incorrect entrée, which I appreciated. I gave it to my boyfriend since I’m not a fan of chicken parmesan. Because of this experience, we’ll be returning to the East Valley location instead. The food here was great, but the service really affected our visit

I asked for no mushrooms and my meal was served with them and the service was slow and by the time he came back to our table I didn't want to send back so someone else in my party took the food. Undecided if I'll return but may try a different location
