  A couple years ago I gave B-DUBS a perfect rating and meant it with all of my heart!... I am so very very sad to have to change this rating because they have, for some reason that baffles me, exchanged the very BEST hand-breaded chicken tenders I have ever eaten in my life, for hard, chewy, cheap, far inferior chicken fingers. I have always used work rewards for B-DUBS gift cards to eat as much as possible and if I am meeting a friend for lunch my go-to has always been B-DUBS!!! My absolute favorite meal is the chicken tenders, cause I couldn't find anything even close anywhere else!!!... Sadly, now, if I wanted the cheap substitute they serve now, I would go somewhere much cheaper. :( Probably won't be going back unless they go back to the world's best chicken tenders! And it's not cause I'm mad and want to punish them... It's cause it's the only thing I truly crave on their menu and it's what made them stand out amongst all the rest! B-DUBS please correct this!

  Passive aggressive manager decided to replace our already burnt burger and cheesesteaks with EVEN MORE BURNT - to the point of absurdity - burger and cheesesteaks after politely calling and requesting we come back to restaurant to replace the initially burnt items. Saturday December 20 5:05PM Your manager is maliciously punishing loyal customers who politely inform him of forgivable cooking mistakes. You should be ashamed of yourselves for employing such an arrogant, passive aggressive, ignorant person willing to damage your business in order to get back at a customer for daring to be polite to him.

  I took a couple stars off because my friend's side of carrots and celery seemed a bit old which was kind of gross. Overall it was okay but nothing special.

  I placed an order through Uber eats. The order was processed and delivered quickly (like has been in the past), this time however I was missing the main item of my order ( Mushroom Burger), the rest of my order was there. I called Uber and the driver said that they only handed him 1 bag (sealed, taped). I then called the store and explained what I was missing and she transferred me to the manager who tried to put the blame on Uber. After a couple of minutes talking with her (manager) she said she would investigate the matter and call me back. 5 minutes later I get a call and the manager said after viewing a training video she saw that the burger had NOT BEEN PACKED. She offered to make another one and I could drive there to pick it up.... WHAT!!!!, kind of defeats the purpose of ordering through Uber..... Here is what should have been done, remake the order and pay Uber to deliver it... Sad that no one knows how to make things right anymore especially a so called manager......
