  Staff was really nice, recommended options, and came to check on us. Food was great - expected to be super greasy as fried food usually is but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't. Really liked the fries - perfectly crispy but not greasy and had a great flavor. Texas toast was garlicky, which was a great addition. Would definitely go again

  Amazing experience! The food was hot and timely with a large portion of fries. The Nashville hot Shack Attack was the right of amount of spice that didn't overpower the flavor. While waiting played some NBA Jam on an arcade console they had in the lobby. Staff were extremely polite and helpful.

  We visited Shaq’s Big Chicken for the first time today with our family, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The food exceeded our expectations in every way—amazing quality, very fair pricing, and incredibly generous portions. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. What really stood out, in addition to the food, was the staff. Every team member was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made our first visit even better. We left full, happy, and already talking about what we want to order next time. We’ll definitely be coming back and will be recommending Shaq’s Big Chicken to friends and family without hesitation. Highly recommend!

  Finally tried Shaq's!! Lots of good chicken choices! Signature big chicken sauce is tart, peppery and full of flavor! I wanna come try everything on the menu! Good, friendly service! Did not disappoint! Extra things of sauce cost more, just fyi.

From the moment we walked in, the service, leadership, food, and value were all 10/10.👏🏾✨ First off, shoutout to Robbie, the restaurant manager - his leadership clearly shows through the entire team. The atmosphere was welcoming, organized, and upbeat, which says a lot about how well he runs this location. Huge praise to the amazing staff he manages, especially Gustavo and Alondra.🫡🫡💯 Gustavo deserves special recognition for his patience and kindness while helping our family of four - including three very indecisive kids. He never rushed us, stayed friendly the entire time, and made the ordering experience smooth and stress-free. He also makes the best SHAKES🫰🏽🫰🏽🫰🏽🫰🏽💯 Alondra was equally impressive with her professionalism and attention to detail, double-checking every order to make sure we received all of our items correctly - which we absolutely did Thanks to her, she also very kind with big girl get after it energy!!!! 🙂‍↕️🥰🫰🏽‼️✨ Now let's talk VALUE!!!! We were able to feed a family of four for UNDER $55, and three out of the four meals were adult combos. That is EXTREMELY affordable, especially for the quality and portion sizes you get. On top of that, they run an amazing promotion: Kids Eat Free every Wednesday, which is a total game changer for families.🙏🏽✨ THE FOOD itself!!!! Well The chicken tenders were crispy, flaky, buttery, and perfectly cooked - NOT dry at all‼️ Honestly, some of the best chicken in Arizona. Every bite was amazing.
