When I visited, I noticed a roach in the ice cream cone case — and later, another one in the ice cream itself. I was shocked and pretty disgusted. What really bothers me is that this didn’t seem like a one-time issue. It looked like something that had been going on for a while, and from what I could tell, if I noticed it, the staff and owner’s most likely aware of it but didn’t address it properly. I think it’s completely unacceptable for any food establishment to ignore a pest problem, especially one this visible. Customers deserve to feel confident that their food is clean and safe. I hope management takes this seriously and actually fixes it, because no one wants to worry about roaches in their ice cream.
