I never asked for water cups and offered to pay for the drinks after but the manager was to fed up and stormed off to the back. The Manager of this store needs immediate customer service training and needs to learn some respect. I treated him with a lot of respect and we were talking at the register politely but than he came over and snatched my drink as if I dont give their location alot of business. 1/10 Customer Service!

We received the garlic bread and drinks, waited on the pizza. After we received the garlic bread, the server even asked, "Are you waiting on anything else?" I told her we were still waiting on a pizza. She left the table sign, (table sign 40). Never saw her again. We continued to wait, and wait, and wait. Finally it became 8:15pm. Still no order. We went up to the counter and asked what the progress was. The crew at the counter was dumbfounded. The server we had went back in the kitchen, came out, and could barely tell me the order was lost. I wasn't about to wait another 40 minutes for pizza. I explained I wanted a refund of the pizza. The manager came out (assume his name was Eric), he wasn't really empathetic at all, just explained this stuff happens and blamed it on the printer. Great service man!!!! We wasted 45 minutes in your restaurant, with a hungry child, who did get food elsewhere. The least your restaurant could do would be to try to right the situation this time or the next. No effort. Not only did you lose our order this time, you lost our future orders for good!
