The Barro’s Pizza recipe comes from Grandma Angelina Barro who came from Italy in the 1930’s, providing a pizza unlike any other. People may disagree on whether it's the thick crust with its light, flakey texture, which almost melts in your mouth, or the wonderful spiced sauce that is the secret of this great tasting pizza. Barro’s Pizza also provides wings, salads, sandwiches, pastas, gluten-free pizza options, dessert, beer and wine.
Customers praised the pizza for its taste and freshness, but there were multiple complaints about overcooked or poorly prepared items.
Customer Service
Service quality varied significantly; while some reviews highlighted excellent and friendly service, others reported rude staff and poor handling of orders.
Cleanliness
Several customers noted issues with cleanliness in the dining area, including dirty tables and unsanitary conditions.
Consistency
There were mixed reviews regarding consistency in food quality and service, with some customers expressing disappointment compared to previous visits.

Appears popular. Few if any complaints. Both pizza and wings seem to be highly satisfactory.

Pizza was okay. Service wasn't great. They just seemed preoccupied with other things over their customers. Seating in this location is uncomfortable as well as the lay out.

Generally this location is very good however the pizza and wings we got last night were pretty bad! Had BBQ chicken pizza that was so over cooked the cheddar cheese was grainy, the chicken was extremely dry and we added mushrooms that were so thin they were dehydrated shavings from the over cooking. The crust was so crispy and hard you couldn't bite it. The traditional bone on chicken wings were so overdone and dried out, literally could not get a fork into the meat, it was like hard leather all the way through. We had not been here for a few months because the last time was pretty bad as well. I dont know if there has been a change in Management or what but this location has lost sight of any quality control with their food. IF we ever go back I will check the food before accepting as that pizza was so obviously over cooked and the fact they still served it. Doesn't say much for the cooks and their lack of quality control. My first clue should have been the dining area had one table occupied and it used to be always full.

Spoke to Tristan the manager first thing today about disturbing trends that have taken place at this establishment recently. Massive amounts of air bubbles through the last 3 pizzas that I have received. Also, employees taking all of the parking in front of the restaurant. Finally, the most disturbing thing, an employee that came out and circled my vehicle and stared at me from the passenger windows for who knows what reason. The manager told me to leave a review so here I am. Why is the Power Road location so much better? I will the extra drive to not deal with this. Management not doing their job and therefore, employees not doing their jobs.
