I love the amount of cream cheese and salmon but not impressed by the salmon taste and it was a little thick for my liking. Overall it was good. I really love their southern pecan coffee. I would go back to try their other bagels. The bagels themselves are super big and very flavorful. Definitely worth the price. Staff was also very friendly.

It was my go-to treat when I had a little extra to spend and it always felt worth it. Lately though, the bagels have been noticeably smaller, and they forgot my sprouts this time. It might seem small, but things have just felt off more than once now. Skimpier toppings, missing ingredients… I don’t know if something changed behind the scenes, but I’m hoping this isn’t the new normal. I still want to support this place, I’ve had such good experiences here before,but I just miss the way things used to be. Maybe I just need to ask for it a different way? I love my southwest turkey ❤️🩹 Update: After posting my review, I was contacted by Jessica, the manager, and I really appreciated her taking the time to reach out. She let me know that they’re currently training new staff, which explains the changes I noticed in portion sizes and toppings. She also kindly offered me a replacement, which honestly meant a lot — especially since this spot has always felt like a special treat for me. I still wanted to leave up my original experience for context, but I’m really grateful for the care and customer service I received afterward.
