  As always, my sandwich was fresh and delicious. Sophia serving me was a bonus as she was pleasant, knowledgeable and helped me decide on my order. Great experience!!

  The Texas Brisket bagel sandwich was great, but the Nova Lox had an egregious amount of cream cheese in it. I typically order Nova Lox from Einsteins, so I’ve had it from several locations. I opened it up and removed enough cream cheese to bring it back to the typical amount, and I was surprised to see they gave me an excess 1/4 cup in the sandwich. I appreciate the generosity, but maybe ask before the extra quantity next time.

  The whole Einstein team here is so pleasant. They were so nice to us took my order and the wait time was very minimal. They’re really awesome to talk to..

  Best bagel sandwiches I’ve ever had , you definitely have to try the Texas brisket sandwich it is off the charts and amazing customer service as well!!!

  I had such a great experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels, and I just have to shout out Jennifer and Rhea for being absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, they were both so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive. It’s rare to come across people who make you feel that comfortable and valued as a customer. They handled everything quickly and efficiently, but never made it feel rushed. You can tell they really care about their work and the people they serve. Their positive energy honestly made my whole day better. The food was great as always, but Jennifer and Rhea are the real reason I’ll keep coming back. If you get the chance, I highly recommend stopping by—service like this is hard to find!
