  Today is 4/6 at 5:46 pm, my daughters saw this sign on the freezer at the San tan village pwky DQ that said cupcakes - 2 for $6 and no expiration date. I went to order them and was told the promotion ended in March and they forgot to take the sign down. I asked them to honor it since the sign is up and no exp date and Rylee the manager said no. Complete lack of customer service or empathy which is unfortunately an epidemic in Gilbert these days. Like do the right thing and honor it and take the dang sign down. No one cares anymore and it’s so unfortunate. They were not busy at all.

  Dairy Queen is not a place I typically go to. But went through the drive through today, there was no one behind me at all and they had me pull around and park to wait for for the food? For why? If I wanted to park, I would have parked and gone inside. If there is no reason to have someone pull around why have them pull around? Sitting in the sun now instead of the covered drive through pick up window. And they had zero people come through the drive through the whole time I was waiting. I recommend more training for your staff. It's the little things sometimes that can cause a lot of damage to a reputation.

  Ordered food in the drive thru at 2:38pm March 21st. I was told to go to the front for my food. Mind you I NEVER get food from DAIRY QUEEN. First and last time. It’s now going on 15 minutes and I still don’t have any food. $31 dollars. Sm. Never getting food from DQ. Stick to ice cream.

  Me and my friend had came in earlier today with our dogs, it was 102 degrees outside and we had asked if we could bring our dogs inside and they said no only service animals are allowed, we came in again later and saw a couple with their Pomeranian when I asked them the service they said their dog wasn’t a service animal. but overall food was really good and the workers were really nice just kinda sucks when your told one thing and you see the opposite.
