  I came in on 4/20/26 and you were out of carnitas. This happens on a regular basis after 8PM. Your employees are not cooking items that don't sell as fast because they don't want to take the time to add to their closing and cleaning. I am so tired of not getting the product I love because your employees are not following their prep charts. As a GM, you are not seeing the usage because they have it to sell, so it doesn't show that you need it. This is the case at the S. Gilbert and Williams Field location as well. You have not lost me as a customer, but this is surly how you will lose one.

  I had such a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Jose—seriously top-tier customer service. I was going through the mobile drive-thru lane and realized I forgot to order an item (classic rushed moment). Instead of making it complicated or turning me away, Jose stepped in and handled it seamlessly. He walked me through placing the order online right there and then went above and beyond by getting it made immediately so I didn’t have to wait or circle back. No attitude, no hassle—just solutions and a great attitude. In a world where customer service can be hit or miss, Jose absolutely delivered. Efficient, helpful, and clearly cares about the customer experience. Chipotle needs more people like him. 10/10 experience—thank you, Jose!

  I ordered off the app and went through the Chipotlane. Jose and and his manager Kylie were very attentive about my order and made sure I had everything I needed! I will definitely be back at this location with my friends, Thank you Jose!

  The portion of steak bowl was about half a scoop, maybe 15 pieces. I ordered for my wife, low carb. No rice or beans. I asked for a little more because I did not get rice or beans, he said I had to pay for another portion. 13.00 for a quarter bowl. I won't be back.

  I’ve been in this Chipotle on two separate occasions and both times the restaurant is filthy. Tonight I had to wait because they were out of chicken and steak, which was not a problem to me. It only took a few minutes to have it ready and they handled the waiting customers promptly. My food is great, the new cilantro lime sauce is also pretty good. I hope they learn to start keeping their restaurant clean. It does make you wonder about how the food is kept!
