dude in the front serving food was having a bad day, making both employee and customer feel his frustration. What is management doing?

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I brought my 14-year-old daughter in so she could practice ordering and paying on her own. During her order, she politely asked for salsa on the side, but the employee put it directly on the food instead. When my daughter respectfully pointed it out, she was told it couldn’t be remade and was met with a rude, dismissive attitude.
When I came in to address it, the manager seemed annoyed from the start. I was told it was “policy” not to remake the order, but then in the same breath, the manager said she would remake it for me. That inconsistency was frustrating—why refuse a polite 14-year-old, but agree once a parent steps in?
What bothered me most wasn’t just the mistake, but the way my daughter was treated. This was supposed to be a simple, positive experience for her, and instead she was made to feel dismissed and uncomfortable.
Customer service should be consistent and respectful, regardless of who is ordering. I hope this location works on how they interact with customers, especially younger ones.

Really I want to put no stars. I haven't been to Chipotle in several years. The food had so much hot chili pepper added that I couldn't eat it. I asked for a refund but they wouldn't give me one, but did offer to redo my order with whatever I wanted that wasn't as spicy. Chipotle is just life every other restaurant these day 5 that thinks every single person on the planet just LOVES spicy food. I don't. I like flavorful food that doesn't burn and scald my tongue and taste buds and make my stomach burn for hours afterwards. The personnel were not very helpful and made me feel like I was was a problem because I didn't like the extremely spicy food. It seems all is their food is inundated with hot sauce, so I will never go to Chipotle again. Hot spicy food shoukd be an option, not the normal.
Unfortunately, this location just isn’t what it used to be. This is the second time I’ve come in and the service has not been helpful. I usually eat in my car, and tacos wrapped in foil are difficult to manage, so I asked if I could have them in a bowl. The employee I spoke with said yes, but the cashier yelled across the counter to say no bowls. The same person ended up checking me out and was not friendly at all—it felt like my being there inconvenienced him. On top of that, my chips had almost no salt and the guacamole was starting to turn brown. At this point, I think it might be time to give up on this location."

Before I begin, just know that I am not trying to call anyone out nor cause any drama. First, my two friends and I were going to order a burrito bowl, some tortillas, three small fountain drink cups, and some sides to share with each other. As we paid, the cashier told us that our order came out to $41.97. As some regular middle-schoolers, we didn’t think much of it, and paid for our order with CASH as we thought inflation was rising. As we were filling up our drinks, a kid came up to us and asked us, “Did you guys take our burrito?” Not knowing what he was talking about, I said no and checked our bag. Then I saw a burrito that we didn’t order. I told my friends, and then the cashier just took the burrito out of our bag, and didn’t say anything. We then realized that we paid for our order and the burrito. We talked to the kid’s mom and she said that they paid for their burrito also. So, we walked up to the cashier and told her that she charged us for the wrong order. She then says “Yeah, I know.” with the most attitude I’ve ever heard. She then says “Refunds take up to 3-5 business days, and the best I can do is give you a side of white rice.” Not wanting to escalate the situation further, I just took the side of white rice and we left. Let it be known that we paid with CASH, so we should’ve gotten our money back anyways, not to mention the fact that the cashier didn’t help us at all + the food was mediocre. Again, I do not wish to cause any drama, and I am just putting out my thoughts.
