- MBMichael Black6 days ago2.0On 4/20/26 I went to the location on Val Vista and they did not have carnitas and said it would be a 20 minute wait, so I called your location and you were out also and said you were cooking some. This happens on a regular basis after 8PM. Your employees are not cooking items that don't sell as fast because they don't want to take the time to add to their closing and cleaning. I am so tired of not getting the product I love because your employees are not following their prep charts. As a GM, you are not seeing the usage because they have it to sell, so it doesnt show that you need it. This is the case at the S. Gilbert and Val Vista location as well. You have not lost me as a customer, but this is surly how you will lose one.

The servers were very helpful and solicitous, the food was excellent and the price was surprisingly reasonable. Didn't eat in, so can't comment on the atmosphere. Would definitely go again.
