- MBMichael Black6 days ago2.0I came in on 4/20/26 after I visited the Val Vista location and called Williams Field. I was looking for carnitas. Val Vista and Williams field were both out and it was a 20 minute wait. At your location, you had just a little bit, but then did not have the fajita veggies and said you needed to cook some. This happens on a regular basis after 8PM. Your employees are not cooking items that don't sell as fast because they don't want to take the time to add to their closing and cleaning. I am so tired of not getting the product I love because your employees are not following their prep charts. As a GM, you are not seeing the usage because they have it to sell, so it doesnt show that you need it. This is the case at the Val Vista and Williams Field location as well. You have not lost me as a customer, but this is surly how you will lose one.
