  I frequent this place a lot since I coach at a local high school not far away. I have given this location more than enough times to get it right but EVERYTIME I go they are out of 1. Veggies 2. Chicken is fatty 3. Never have enough staff when its busy 4. Garbage cans over following to full 5. The tables are filthy and not cleaned off I went on Thursday 4/23 with my team and they ran out of chicken and it was a 15 min wait. How do run out food and not have enough? We decided to get the steak so we did not have to wait. The steak was tuff and fatty and the rice was grainy and not cooked all the way. Had to request a refund. This needs to be remedied ASAP as I have never experienced this at other locations in the valley area.

  This is probably one of the worst chipotle's in arizona. Its always dirty. They are always out of a protein item specifically chicken. The rice is super salty one day then its not even cooked all the way the next. The agua fresca is not fresca at all, they have left the juice ferment, meaning its spoiled, something the cash register person did not comprehend what happens to fruit when it spoils. I have stopped going to this gargabage of a place. The manager orbthe owner dont care who they employ because its obvious these are just 16-18 year olds working therr who dont care about food quality nor of the people they serve.

  I love chipolte, this one is dirty, they didn't have any meat cooked except chicken and pork. They didn't have tea, and they were bickering at the cash register while I was checking out.

  Jake and Garret worked as a team to refill half of the serving well and crush a line of 15 hungry customers. I’ve never met these guys before today but I felt very proud watching the 2 young men hustle. Excellent work, fellas!

  What a joke. I pass by this location often and tonight I figured id give it a try. No one was in the store at 9pm, they close at 10. 3 employees working. 2 were cleaning and 1 was reading a sheet of paper at the counter. He lifted his head and said "be right with you" I stood there for ten minutes as the other two employees walked around wiping the walls looking at me standing there. I finally got tired of standing there as clearly the employees weren't interested in making any orders so I left. No wonder they have 2 star reviews. Makes sense.
