  I usually don't leave reviews — and never negative ones — but I have to this time. The food is good. But the mobile order pickup? Before writing this, I checked other reviews to make sure I wasn't alone. I'm not. This is the third time at the same location. Today, I placed my order on the app at less 20 minutes ahead. When I arrived, they told me there would be a wait — it is understandable. But then I watched people who arrived at the same time as me — or even after me, ordering at the window — get their food and leave. I ended up being the very last person to get my order. So I have to ask — why did I even bother ordering ahead on the app? Last time, I tried the Mobile thru for pickup. Same problem. Mobile orders and drive-thru orders merge at the pickup point with no one directing traffic. I got stuck while every single drive-thru order around me got their food and left. A kind stranger finally let me cut through so I could get to the food I had ordered 30 minutes earlier.

  I can comment on the morning staff on weekdays as an Uber Eats driver with 4 years experience and a 95 % appreciation rate with my customers. Today I picked up my first order at around 7:00 am and was greeted by an employee going into work on crutches! Talk about dedicated! And the my customers order was ready in minutes and I was able to deliver it ahead of schedule and just as the customer requested. As long as I've been picking up local Uber Eats orders from this location the Staff has been friendly and fast. I have no doubt whatsoever they will treat you with the same courtesy and respect.

  Who designed this Chick-fil-a 🤦🏻‍♀️ Seriously it’s one of the worst rated ones I’ve ever seen and corporate needs to step in and help. This plaza is always a mess and pick up here is a nightmare. People try to make 3 different lines to get in the mini drive thru because there is no direction or cones in place. Staff is usually super friendly, but if you get the wrong items trying to get it fixed is a nightmare because of the lines. Let’s fix this, it is not difficult… Option 1 put cones so the first lane curves around the front of the building. This way the mobile lane doesn’t get blocked as well as the whole entire shopping plaza. Option 2 Swap the mobile lane to the left side, so only traffic for mobile orders goes through the main parking lot. Then main ordering is on the right side and wraps around the trash area. Use cones to help people know which way to go! Option 3 get rid of mobile ordering in the drive thru so both lanes can be used and it doesn’t get so congested.

  I placed an order for Mobile Thru to pick up during my lunch break. When I arrived at the restaurant, no one was directing traffic into their appropriate drive thru lanes so everyone was blocking the Mobile Thru line and the cars were wrapped around the building almost coming out onto Baseline. I decided I would park further away and go to the counter to pick it up instead of potentially wasting more time waiting for someone kind enough to let me into the Mobile Thru lane without thinking I was stealing their spot in the normal drive through. While attempting to park, someone almost got in an accident because they could not back up due to an additional line that had formed and was blocking them in! Finally, I was able to get parked and selected to change my pick up method to the window in the app. I spoke with a team member at the pick up window and told them the situation. She said they had just received my order so it would ready shortly. I’ve never had a bad wait time experience at every other location, so I figured it would still allow me enough time to enjoy my lunch break. I was wrong. After I watched 9 other people order and receive their food already AFTER I arrived, I went up to the window again (now 12 minutes later) and asked if my order was ready. A different team member said my order will be ready shortly. Another few minutes passed by before I finally received my order. Let me make this clear, 5 of the 9 orders who ordered after me were the exact same order as me. Nugget meal, fries and a drink. That’s it. I didn’t order anything special that would take that long! I placed the order at 12:10 p.m. and did not receive my order until 12:33 p.m. Just a heads up to other people who try and get a quick bite to eat during lunch, this location is NOT a good option!

  Every time I come here, there is something wrong with my order, doesn't matter time of day (lunch, dinner, nighttime). Usually it's the size - I ALWAYS order a large meal but I ALWAYS seem to receive a medium meal. I don't usually check the receipt, I'm usually in a hurry, but I did this time and I was charged for a medium so at least I didn't get overcharged. Not going to wait in their long drive thru to get it fixed, and not standing in the heat outside to get it fixed because for whatever reason they don't have an indoors in AZ of all places! Usually at least the chicken is correct, though frequently stale tasting. Today, though, not even that was correct. I always order nuggets but received strips. Receipt definitely says I only ordered nuggets. Too late to go back tonight (they're closing) and probably wouldn't because I just got home from a nearly 13hr day. I'm too tired to go back out. I don't really like the flavor of their strips but at this point it's better than cooking with my feet sore which was the whole point of fast food and drive thru tonight for me. Really wish they hadn't closed the further away location at Power & 202. Food was never wrong, I could wait inside if I wanted, and no matter how long the lines were the food was never stale. Definitely worth the extra time and gas. SUPER DISAPPOINTED with this new location, only go because it's conveniently located since they closed the only other location in the area that isn't in the mall! Tonight inside there was debris/trash all over the floor and no one was cleaning it and they weren't busy, some of them appeared to be standing around. Doesn't the manager (or anyone else) care about employee safety/slip hazards? Isn't that an OSHA violation of some kind?
