  10/10 do not recommend this place. Go to Zinburger next door. Came here on a Sunday afternoon with my two young daughters and my husband. We were of the very few who were sitting down to eat. It was not busy at all. As I was reviewing the menu, one of the young employees stated to order off the kiosk. I told her I had a question if the chicken had spices on it due to my daughter’s sensitivity to pepper-like spices. She stated only salt and walked away. From that small interaction I could quickly identify there was a staffing and talent issue amongst the employees. Once we received half of our food, the fries were gross and super over cooked. I took them back to the young girl and she stated that’s how they are. Basically not offering to help much or think of how she could assist a customer in their moment of dissatisfaction. After she brought out the rest of our order (later discovered they originally messed up and had to remake my sandwich) I asked for sauce as the kiosk did not allow me the option to have the sauce on the side. I also ordered my sandwich with no sauce. The young girl stated they charge for sauce. I told her how I ordered my sandwich and wondered if the sauce on the side could offset that I didn’t get one on the sandwich and the kiosk she advised me to order from, didn’t have that option. Mind you, this conversation is happening across the restaurant and she is walking backwards to avoid my request I asked for her manager, she pointed at another young man and said here he is. I first provided feedback of his employee of how she was not customer centric at all and needed some coaching. He gave me a blank stare. I then explained the sauce request again, he explained they messed up on my sandwich and that I should of told them (the employees) that I wanted sauce on the side. I told him I was only able to order from the kiosk per his employees request. It definitely seems there is a lot of coaching for all employees here. The place was dirty as well. The only thing I can offer is the actual chicken and toast/bread taste edible. Everything else, along with terrible service, was not worth the expense or time. I will be surprised if this place survives another year.

  Definitely the best chicken sandwiches in the Phoenix area! Service was absolutely amazing! The owner was making sure everything was perfect and to MY satisfaction! I ordered the Shaq with Nashville hot chicken at it was the perfect heat level! Can’t wait to try all the chicken sandwiches and bites they offer!

  Fantastic first experience with Robby and his team! Food was served hot and fresh! The chicken on the sandwich was huge in comparison to other chicken sandwiches type restaurants which I loved! Flavor was exceptional which made for an awesome first impression! Highly recommend you check them out!

  The guy at the front counter really nice, helpful, and full of menu knowledge. However, for it not to be busy, there still was a 10+ minute wait time, then they give you food that does not live up to the name of the restaurant nor the slogan. They ought to be shame of themselves charging as much as they do for the LITTLE portions they serve (big box/ little fries and $5 for this little container of Mac and cheese that STILL wasn't even filled to the top). The presentation of my sandwich was well below subpar!. The sandwich was just thrown together with little to no sauce!. As much as these establishments charge, they NEED to make your food how they would make their own, ESPECIALLY if you're going to have to wait for it!... SUCH a disappointment for my first visit.. And THIS is what Shaq is supporting??... PURE EMBARRASSMENT!!.. Pictures don't lie!.

  Great experience all around! The food was really good. I ordered the Big Cali with grilled chicken and it was excellent—and honestly not too bad on the macros for a splurge meal 💪🍗. The kids got the dunks and one of them ordered the Shaq Attack 🍔. I didn’t hear a single complaint, which says a lot because my kids are brutally honest when they don’t like something 😂😅. We actually had Big Chicken on a Carnival cruise previously 🚢, so it was really fun to see one close to home. The service really stood out. We got to chat with the owner and hear a bit of the story behind the restaurant, which made the experience even better 🤝. He went above and beyond for the kids—pulled out cornhole for them to play 🎯, they had a free arcade machine 🎮, and even some fun coloring activities 🖍️📄. They also have a reading program where kids read five books and earn a free kids meal 📚🍗. It immediately reminded me of the old 90s programs where we’d read books to earn free pizza 🍕😄. Great food 🍔🍗, great service 🙌, and a really family-friendly atmosphere 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. We’ll definitely
