  1⭐ Review I’m extremely frustrated with this location. The caramel frappe machine has apparently been “broken” for over three weeks, yet the app and menu boards still show frappes as available. I’ve wasted multiple trips here expecting to order one, only to be told at the drive-thru or inside that the machine is down. If the machine is actually broken for weeks at a time, why is the store still advertising the product as available? That’s misleading and a waste of customers’ time and gas. Either fix the machine, remove the item from the menu/app until it’s working again, or communicate honestly with customers before they order. Three weeks without fixing a key drink machine is unacceptable for a major chain like McDonald’s. I hope the manager or corporate actually sees this and addresses the issue, because it’s clearly not being handled.

  If you dont want everything you ordered or if you want the wrong order come to this McDonald's... the employees are a whole dumpster fire!

  we go here to get cheap and good food, and for a while things were fine, but as of recent more and more issues have been coming up. -the toilet roll holder in the disability stall in the woman's bathroom is improperly installed and i have had it fall off on me while using it more than once, and then having to rehinge it by myself, this is unacceptable and is the only place where i, as a disabled person, had to deal with this. -there's one staff girl who always looks high, she messes up your order and has to be told and retold again and again your order and gets it wrong anyway, and then she takes your money and gives you the wrong change for it - today they over filled one of our drinks and we had it spill everywhere in our car as we drove off. it was properly in the cars cupholder, it soak both the console of the car and the shotgun seat, making everything stick and gross -to add to todays events, we were handed our food, with half of it missing, it was the high girl that brought it out to us, and while I'm not sure if she packed it, i wouldn't be surprised, we had to tell her half of its missing, luckily she understood and brought us the rest as soon as she could, but we didn't get any compensation for the mix up overall this is unacceptable and i expected better

  I ordered a m&m McFlurry with extra M&Ms and In hot fudge As a topping and they gave me caramel zero stars will not recommend will not go back

  Most watered down coffee ive had in a while. C'mon.. Staff was nice enough but cant give more than one star for this garbage.
