  Asked to pull up front because the fries weren’t done yet. Pulled up front and waited for food cold to the touch

  It is very slow here, I had to wait an hour to get my food and it was cold even though I kept asking them for my order. Every time I ask they would tell to wait a minute and they go check and never get back to me with a response back! I’m so mad with this place. I even order a hot chicken mcspicy and the patty was hard! I’m so annoyed with this place!

  Worst McDonald’s. They never give you the sauces you order . I got a sprite in my order when I ordered a Dr Pepper. & gave me nothing but picante sauces , which I don’t eat at all . Do better .

  Do not dine in unless you have a lot of time and like cold food. Went with my 4 year old as a treat for lunch. 1045am thought we wouldnt have to wait long. I ordered a happy meal and a lg drink for myself. After waiting 20 min my child was done playing in the play place and was hungry and the food still wasn't done. Another 5 minutes I went to the counter and wait 3 more minutes for someone to ask if I needed help I asked where my food was. THEY WERE STILL WORKING ON IT. I thought ok hot food need to be made fresh. Once I got it I gave it to my child who refused it because it was cold. I touched it and it was cold. I complained and the staff said they just made it and I was being difficult. Never again. My child was upset and they didn't care at all. So I guess I have to go to Coolidge McDonald's where they are a little better
