- ECExistential Home CookOct 24, 20251.0I put in an order at 9:11am and sat/waited for it to be called out. I dont like crowds but the drive through was packed and not moving. They called out many numbers, but not my own. I noticed after another number was called, a bag with my number was placed on wait. The red haired girl working alone in front claimed to be new and was obviously being overworked. It took 25 minutes to get her attention and when I did she argued with me about how I must have been in the bathroom so I missed her call out. I never used the restroom. She continued that she couldn't have made a mistake, and it's all my fault for not listening. I tried to give her leeway and say that she is clearly dealing with a lot, and I've watched her make mistakes in front of me. She was condescending and talked over me repeatedly. The manager was onsite, and the place still looked like it couldn't handle 3 orders at once without getting stuck.
