- GAGary Anderson1 day ago1.0Placed a Curbside order for two sausage burritos and two hash browns, through the McD app. When I got to the restaurant, the app wouldn't let me tell then I was there and at what spot. It told me I had to go inside. When I walked in, no one greeted me or asked if they could help. They just looked at me for about a minute before a lady asked me my name and told me that my curbside order was in "Stage" because I didn't say that I was at the restaurant. I told and showed the lady that the app didn't give me a choice and that I had to go inside. Her response lacked any type of empathy or said "I'm sorry", but just said, "Well, there's your order" and pointed to the bag. Didn't care, either way! With all this, I should have checked the order before I left, because when I got home, the food was cold and they shorted me one hash brown. Definitely wasn't worth the price I paid! I see why this locations rating is a 3.5! Just wanted to let people know that if they choose this location, to expect low customer service and to make sure you check your order before you leave. (If I ever do, I'll go in or use the drive thru) Enter at your own risk!
- RSRyan Sy6 days ago4.0The mcdonald's on hunt Hwy near Safeway is pretty efficient. They tend to get a lot of new staff, like most mcdonald's, but managed pretty well. I always use the mcdonald's app. Sometimes they forget items or give me ones of poor quality. Pain to get a refund for them.
