- AUa google user4 days ago5.0I like Safeway, although every grocery store is basically the same anymore. Their butcher counter is quite good, I rarely frequent bakeries due to dietary restrictions, but their bakery does definitely offer a great variety of specialty breads. It changes almost every day, and I've never been disappointed with their "warm in the bag" garlic bread. I do wish, however, that their frozen food aisle offered more low/no sugar frozen treats. There are some really decent sugar free ice cream bars that their competition sells that they do not.

- CMCharlotte MMar 28, 20263.0I've seen that their plastic bottles sit out in the heat and a small shed all day long. Granted it is only 80°, they sit in the sun. It looks like a year round happening and the summer gets hotter than 80° here in Flagstaff. I've heard they leave their bread out in the heat. Their prices are a bit high. It is convenient to shop here, but won't be my choice for bottled water, drinks or bread. Soon I will live closer to Bashas.
