Often if I come in after 6, there's one person who must handle online orders, bake bread, handle the counter, and handle the delivery drivers. Consider hiring more people. If you're having difficulty hiring people, consider offering better pay.

I asked for chicken, bacon, lettuce and extra vinegar and oil, pepper jack cheese and toasted. My sandwich wasn't toasted and neither was my partner's, it didn't have lettuce. In fact it had spinach, banana peppers, no cheese, and wasn't toasted. Not only that but the stores phone goes to busy and I can't even get ahold of them to get a refund. I will be emailing corporate because I deserve a full refund and this is absolutely ridiculous.

Store was very clean, veggies looked great, bread was actually edible, and Kevin had great customer skills. We had an awful experience up in Chino Valley last week and it was refreshing to see a store in better standing. Found it a bit odd to have a chaperone to get into the bathroom, but overall a great time.
