- TITwitchin InkJun 28, 20251.0I've been here 3 times, since I moved up the street 2 months ago..I dont know if Kayla just doesn't know what's supposed to go on each given order, or if she fundamentally disagrees with the prescribed ingredients that each menu item is 'supposed to' come with, but I've been more than frustrated each time that I've spent money here..She wants to force You to build your own menu item, regardless of your declaration that you want it "exactly how the menu describes"..This is what makes me say that she NEEDS TO BE TRAINED!!..I'VE BEEN FAR LESS THAN SATISFIED, OR EVEN THANKFUL FOR THIS GARBAGE..Don't waste your time, patience, or money here, People..If you're really that hungry, passing thru here, either buy something out of the cold cases, or tighten your belt another notch for the next 20 minutes..You'll be SO much happier with KFC in Williams, if you're westward-bound..I'm a cross-country truck driver, and this is an honest opinion on this spot.. P.S..She was ANGRY at my request for her to review what's supposed to be on the item, and to put it on there.. No matter How politely I tried to re-word the order, or even How self-deprecating I was (in regards to the accuracy of the order)..
