  Très belle découverte ! La cuisine est originale et excellente. Le service est impeccable, Kurt et Jasmine sont aux petits soins et très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, si bien que nous y sommes retourné le lendemain.

  The food and service is amazing! From when we first walked in our host Zion was very friendly and knowledgeable about some questions we had. Our server Kylie was the BEST! She helped me pick out food that works with some dietary restrictions I have. Over all great experience!

  Great Experience. Kylie is the best server ever! We came in for dinner and had some great recommendations and she was very knowledgeable about the menu! I had the prime ribe and it was fantastic, she recommended the Outback Seasoned way and it was some of the best steak I have ever had! Thanks so much Kylie!!!! Zion our host was pretty cool too.

  My husband and I were visiting Flagstaff from Prescott and hadn't been to Outback for far too long. We arrived 1 hr before close and were hurrying to consider our order. Kylie was so accommodating and let us take our time to order. The dragonfruit margarita was fabulous. My husband got the Crocktail and he loved the crocodile included with it. The Bloomin' Onion was crispy and flavorful, the wedge was cold with crisp lettuce and the perfect amount of toppings. I thoroughly enjoyed the coconut shrimp. My husband was very pleased with the Lobster tails and sweet potato. Kylie was very attentive and made us feel welcomed even being we arrived so close to closing time. We appreciate the great service and delicious food. Greatly appreciate a fabulous experience after not being able to visit for so long!

  On Feb. 16, 2026 we were traveling from Mississippi, leaving a Celebration of Life, heading back to California and needed a good solid meal. We saw Outback in Flagstaff Arizona and decided we wanted to try a steak. We dined in and ordered steak/lobster and steak/ shrimp! It was absolutely wonderful! Our server was excellent in every way, going the extra mile! He helped us by looking up directions to locate a nearby hotel. The next morning after we had left the area, we realized 2 hours up the road that we had left keys at the restaurant while dining the night before. We called the restaurant and was connected to the manager Tom, who was very warm and caring showing empathy in my concern. When asked how could we get money to him to FedEx the keys to California, he said “no charge, a courtesy to the customer”. My heart rejoiced at receiving the extra special act of kindness from Outback. Wow! Thank you! We will be certain next time we are in your area to stop in. Even in our area here on the California Central Coast, we will be patronizing Outback in Santa Maria California! We shall never forget the great meal, great service, and great act of kindness you showed during our travel. Thank you for your help in making our trip a blessing!
