  Great service and friendly/fast staff! Just visiting Flagstaff for the evening and wanted to get one of my favorite subs!

  I took a small team to Flagstaff for a track meet. A team Mom visited the location in person and attempted to order smaller sandwiches for smaller servings. The staff members explained we had to make this type of order 24 hours or more in advance. We understood, but they were not kind in the way they explained it. In addition the employees were short tempered, rude, and inconvenienced that we desired to purchase food from this location. Instead we agreed to order 15 regular sandwiches and they limited us to 10. My best guess is this created work for them. I imagine this is what their employer pays them to do, however they did not seem pleased to have the business. The sandwiches they made for us were on dry crusty bread, probably from the day prior. Subpar food and subpar service make this place a no-go. When we return for future track meets we will order food somewhere else.

  We had an awesome experience at the Jimmy John’s in Flagstaff. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, and we especially loved the smaller sandwich options — perfect for a quick snack or a lighter lunch. Everything tasted great. The staff here really stood out. Everyone was super nice, welcoming, and fast, which made the whole visit even better. It’s the kind of place where you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. If you’re in Flagstaff and need something quick, tasty, and reliably good, I definitely recommend stopping by this Jimmy John’s. Great food, great people, and a great spot for lunch or a snack.

  Came here before and had no issues. Came today and got a sandwich with one slice of meat . I was better off going to subway!

  First time at jimmy johns! Love how fresh everything was! The bread is sooo delicious! Taste of my Sicilian was on point! Will be back soon!
