I am always missing items that I paid extra for, or I’m waiting for 30 minutes for a cinnamon roll. I understand the high volume of orders but that does not excuse the terrible customer service and experience.

My Starship order wasn’t marked out of stock until after I paid, and my bagel came wrong — no avocado, just plain cream cheese. Completely disorganized, slow, and careless. The only reason I go there is cause there’s huge line in Starbucks, but I would rather go to Starbucks from now onwards.
