  Takes forever. Usually a 20 minute line plus anywhere up to 45 minute wait for food. Literally my coffee gets cold by the time my food is ready. And it's every single time.

  Every single time I order, whether it’s starship or in person, something is wrong. I am always missing items that I paid extra for, or I’m waiting for 30 minutes for a cinnamon roll. I understand the high volume of orders but that does not excuse the terrible customer service and experience.

  Terrible experience. Waited 20+ minutes in line, then another 15 minutes for a simple Caramel Cold Brew and the staff wasn’t even sure if they make it. My Starship order wasn’t marked out of stock until after I paid, and my bagel came wrong — no avocado, just plain cream cheese. Completely disorganized, slow, and careless. The only reason I go there is cause there’s huge line in Starbucks, but I would rather go to Starbucks from now onwards.

  Been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for my starship order. People in line get priority or something because I've watched several batches of people come through... I just want my sandwich I paid for...
