I ordered takeout and arrived at the time they told me my food would be ready. Just to show up for them to say another 35 minute wait and to never trust the time the website gives you. Kinda bs!

Got to go they wouldn’t let us place it online even though it was 8pm and they close at 11pm. Called to place an order and was put on hold. Got our food mind you it was $35 for 15 wings and 1 fry. We got 14 wings, all were overcooked and dry a few were so burnt they were inedible rocks. Oh and we probably got 15 fry’s total. Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had will not be going back. Don’t waste your money on this place.

We had to wait a hour for our cold food. Manger was nice and gave a discount. She did offer to take the food back and reheat it but we had already waited so long it wasn't feasible.

My fiance and I came to Buffalo Wild Wings because I had a hankering for wings.
We came on a Thursday night.
We got there around 5:30pm.
We were seated immediately and Miranda was both patient and prompt with her service.
We were near the end of Happy Hour but I don't believe we ordered any happy hour items.
I started with a Salted Carmel Esspresso Martini and my partner had a 22oz Sam Adams Winter Ale. Both beverages were quite delicious.
I am a bone in wings woman so I ordered 10 bone in wings, I asked for two flavors, garlic parm and traditional hot.
My fiance prefers boneless wings, and fortunately for him Thursday is the deal day for boneless wings. Buy one get one free on the boneless wings. He ordered 6 and they doubled it to 12 for him. He went for the orange chicken flavor.
My wings were perfect, exactly what you want in a bone in wing. Juicy but crispy and the flavors were great. The side of ranch was a great addition, the texture and flavor of the ranch paired well with the wings.
I tried his boneless too, the flavor and texture were very good. Boneless just don't appeal to me personally because they are never as juicy as bone in and that's every where I have ever had them.
The orange chicken flavor had a mild spicy to it as did the garlic parm. Nothing to intense but some sensitive to spice might not like them. I don't mind the heat when the flavor is more powerful.
Also, we got their big fully loaded tater tots. These were not what I pictured but they were super delicious. So I thought we would get a tray of tots covered with sour cream, bacon, and cheese but what we got were tots that were stuffed with these ingredients prior to being fried and they weren't like jalapeño poppers where everything is in the middle and squirts out scolding hot. No, they were well mixed with the ingredients and there were no overly hot spots. These pairs fantasticly with the ranch as well.
I liked my man's beer so much I had to get one when I finished my martini. It was flavorful and not too hoppy.
Miranda was very attentive and took great care of us.
We will definitely return.
Oh the atmosphere was definitely sports bar. Lots of TV's and I saw a small arcade room on the way to the bathrooms.
There were trivia games to play displayed on the TV's as well.
They have an app to download that gives you access to the trivia games and the discounts.
For bone in wing nuts like me, Tuesday is the discount day on those guys.
There were three separate sections of the dining areas, looked like two might be more bar style and the area we were in was the more dinner style.
When we were leaving around 7pm there was a line to get in so timing does matter.
Have fun and enjoy.

We were in Flagstaff, AZ and stopped in to get some wings to go. They charged us $32.74 for 20 boneless wings. I looked on the app and asked why isn't it $17 as listed on the app. They said its online only. I asked to cancel the original order and do the online. They said it would be no problem. I got no receipt for the original order. They said it would be credited back. We then saw double charges on our credit card for the new amount $19.64 as well as the original $32.74. They said they had no idea why. We were also told the original order was a 20 minute wait and when we did they online it was a 45 minute wait. We sat around and another server brought out our food and it was about 45 minutes. We asked to speak to the manager about the original order and he swore he cancelled it. Still no receipts or proof. He was holding some kind of paperwork. We thought, well, stuff happens. Well today the $19.64 was cancelled and the $32.74 is still on our card. So they double charged and cancelled it to keep the $32.74? Get a receipt and don't change your order. You will regret it. We will never step foot in another BWW.
Update. They credited the wrong one and we are disputing with our credit card company.
