The onion rings were awesome, but the wings were dried out, over baked, skinless, so no fat. I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings in other cities with great food. This one doesn't measure up.

If I could give lower than 1 star, then I would. This place completely sucks. Half empty restaurant with a 10 minute wait. Ordered wings, took 1.5 hours. I had to ask 3 times for our food. I was told the manager was “on it”, manager never came to the table. They accidentally sauced hot wings with blazin. Believe all the other reviews. Don’t come here. Our server was a cool dude though, kept up with the drinks.

Honestly, I’ve been going to this location for years and it has gone downhill. The first thing I noticed, was the wings getting smaller and having less and less sauce on them. I had to start asking for them to put extra sauce on the wings just to get a normal amount. But I got over that. Not to mention how expensive it has gotten, which we also accepted because it’s Flagstaff and everything is expensive. They have a sign posted saying that they are training new staff so wait times may be longer than normal but here’s what they don’t tell you: My party of three arrived before the dinner rush at about 4:25pm to make sure we wouldn’t have a crazy wait because we had other things to do this evening. So we walk in and the restaurant is mostly empty, but we have to wait to be seated. We watch someone who walked in after us get seated first and we don’t worry about it too much. We got seated after approximately 10 minutes of waiting, which is what the hostess quoted so that was no problem. It was confusing why there was a wait to be seated when the restaurant was mostly empty, but at least she set proper expectations. The waitress took long enough to get to us that we had already looked over the full menu a few times, and everybody had decided exactly what they wanted, and we were ready to place the full order at once. We ordered and the waitress said give her just a few minutes to put in the order and then get us drinks. we realized that we had been at the restaurant for approximately 35 minutes, and we hadn’t received drinks yet, but we saw four servers standing around talking to each other in the middle of the dining room. Nobody was getting drinks. Nobody was checking on tables. It didn’t look like any of the very few tables in the dining room had food either. So to put it as simple as I can: Don’t go here unless you want an overpriced, tiny, undersauced wing to be served to you slower than the DMV. I have never in my life stood up and walked out of a restaurant before. In this case, we walked out and we stopped by the hostess stand and asked her to please convey to the server that we were leaving to go somewhere else. (And we were seated and had drinks within 10 minutes of arriving at the other restaurant.) There are other places to get wings, and I will be exploring those in the future.

I’m extremely disappointed and angry about my experience here. My group of five checked in at the host stand and were told there would be a short wait. About 10 minutes later, the host seated us and clearly said a server would come by in 5–6 minutes. That didn’t happen. We sat for over 20 minutes with no service and no eye contact from staff walking by. When a server finally came, I answered her “How are you?” with “Not good — we’ve been waiting a long time.” She replied, “The host told you there would be a wait. If you don’t like it, you can just leave.” This was after we had been in the building for over 30 minutes without even placing an order. From then on, her demeanor remained unprofessional and disrespectful: speaking extremely fast, tossing straws onto the table, and acting visibly annoyed. The food was fine, and I still left a $35 tip, but the service was unacceptable. I hope management reviews staff training on basic respect and communication, at minimum, acknowledge guests and set accurate expectations.
