  Fries looked and tasted like sat in oil for a week. Left restaurant and a girl worker was sitting on top of the counter. Right where they serve food. This was Sunday afternoon, will never go back. Shame on you Flagstaff store for hiring people like this this

  Stopped by to get a French dip and was told they are out of roast beef. That's the first time I ever heard of an arbys running out of beef. They could have at least put a sign up saying they were out instead of having us wait for a response from the drive thru amd then tell us. Whoever is taking inventory didn't do a good job.

  I haven't been to an Arby's in like 5 years and thought why not try it. Completely screwed up my delivery order. Half the items were missing. Won't make the mistake of trying them again.

  Went through the drive thru as the only vehicle in line and no customers inside, order for me and a co worker and I get across town to sit down and eat and the cheese didn’t even make it to the sandwich. As the only customer there it doesn’t make sense why my $17 sandwich is made like a 99¢ meal. I tried to call the store but they don’t have a single working number advertised. Not only was the sandwich poor the drive menu board is behind the speaker you can’t hear out of and extremely uncomfortable to view. The outside looks like it’s never been landscaped or painted and the men’s bathroom sink might as well just stay on it leaks so bad. The shift manager was super polite and nice, but who ever was making the food should be re-trained because this isn’t worth flagstaff already high prices and out of control minimum wage.
