- ASAlexander SelkirkMar 29, 20261.0I am genuinely confused. I was told bread is not baked throughout the day, but prepared only in the morning. I bought food in the evening. Was it my fault? It was so bad it seemed like a mistake. The cashier's explanation made it seem normal. It's very confusing. Did they knowingly sell me that? Shouldn't it either be given away for free or thrown away? So weird. I've never felt like calling corporate before. I wanted to make sure their food actually can't be eaten after a certain time. It wasn't just gross (like fastfood can be); it was not edible. An egg puck in a bagel made of rope? I'm trying to be objective. It's not about me, it's about Dunkin food. I am genuinely confused. They just can't sell food like this in earnest, right? Is this an emperor-is-naked situation? What the hell? I didn't know, I guess. But why would it need knowing?

When she finally took my order she didn’t even make eye contact with me and acted like she couldn’t be bothered. It was less than the bare minimum.

This is complete incompetence on part of the manger to allow all these items to run out. I ordered the $5 meal deal, I was told “we can’t do that because we are out of hash browns” I asked to just throw in another wake me up wrap and was told “we cannot do that” typical Gen Z attitude. This location sucks. Bathroom was dirty as well. Will never return to this location.
