- TCTereza ChylkovaNov 30, 20251.0This franchise should be embarrassed for its incompetence. We ordered two dozen donuts and some boxed coffee for a birthday party for 9am pick up the next day. We show up at 9:10 to be told it wasn’t ready yet, so we wait and also order two drinks and breakfast sandwiches for ourselves in the meantime. They give us only one dozen donuts and tell us they don’t have any containers so they can’t make the coffee. We’re getting frustrated at this point, now asking them to complete the second dozen donuts while calling Starbucks to see if they can save the day. We finally get our two dozen donuts by 9:30am, already running late to our own party, and we leave without having received our drinks/breakfasts! We don’t even turn around at this point because what a waste of our time this was!

But the drinks were made completely wrong, ordered 2 Caramel Craze Ice Signature Latte, no caramel drizzle on either of our drinks with no explination as to why (other DD locations have told me if they couldnt provide a topping or ingredient and have worked with me to find a substitute, not the case here) and we felt ill after trying just a couple sips.
