  Sports bar???? Only one March Madness NCCA BBall game on TV and there is no game sound. Asked for the sound of the game twice. Instead they had some crappy music on. Ended up going to The Porch! Fantastic place and much better atmosphere!!

  It’s not the first time they make me wait on an order more than 30 minutes, this time was more or less an hour, the employees aren’t honest and keep telling you that is almost ready but when it’s ready the food comes out cold, please make yourself a favor and don’t eat here

  Six of us were there for over two hours. Appetizer came with our entrees, missing a wing. Burger patties burnt, dry. Ordered two mac burgers, told the burger had bacon crumbles on it (when we’ve never had it that way), so paid for strips to be added to one of the burgers, and then only strips came on both burgers. All of Flagstaff restaurant service was disappointing during our stay.

  We had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We ordered sliders for our 4- and 5-year-old kids and specifically asked for them plain (just meat and cheese). They came out loaded with toppings and spicy sauce, so the kids couldn’t eat them. The waitress first told us we could keep the incorrect order and that a replacement would be free. Later she came back saying the manager said they will still charge for slider but will give us free replacement. After a long wait, the “replacement” wasn’t sliders—it was a kids cheeseburger. Then the bill came and they charged us for both items. The manager claimed we had to pay for the sliders because we “ate them,” even though the waitress told us we could keep them (the adults ate). She kept repeating it’s their policy and we ate the food with no apologies. Most they could do was remove the one kid cheeseburger and give us a military discount. After all the waiting and confusion, we left with two hungry kids who had to snack off our friends’ food. Very poor service and management.
