  Ive been coming here once a week since they opened. Dunkin is my favorite. Today I was met with the rudes service ever from the cashier Heather. Rushed me while I was trying to order. Keep in mind they barely had any donuts in the case. I gave my order well enough to ve heard from all the yelling from the other employees. Being respectful the entire time. Horrible customer service had an attitude. Acted like I was part of her friends group they way she spoke. She needs help with her customer service training definitely needs someone to hoover around them. It was like a high school cafeteria in there.

  They forgot my coffee as stood there for over ten minutes as they cleaned the counters and talked to coworkers.

  I come here every morning before I go to work and some times on weekends, too. They always have my order ready to go with smiles on their faces. Thelma and Cera are my favorite people to see there. Every time I see them, I know my order is going to be ready and correct. They always make me smile. This is my favorite place to go in the morning and my new favorite Dunkin Donuts. Thank you for making my day!
