    Red headed female , at approximately 5:13 pm, in the drive through was completely rude. I ordered a large apple pie shake with whipped topping to share. She gave us a regular. We told her I ordered a large she turned around and dissappeared and came back to snatch the shake out of my husband's hand. Arguing with us that we ordered regular. Then gave us the large without the whipped topping. We offered the pay difference she slammed the window. Definitely wont come here again.

    After work my husband asked me if I can stop by at Arby's on my way home. We like the food so I said "Yes". I ordered 2 gyro, 1 classic roast beef, 1 steak nuggets and 2 sodas. When i got home my husband was excited with steak nuggets. He opened the box and it was a huge disappointment. I ordered 10 pcs and it was only 6 and burned so it end up in the trash.
