  Waited 20 minutes in their mobile pick up drive up. No one came to the window. They turned their backs to the windows in fact. I was thinking they were just waiting on fries until 2 cars went through the drive and no one still came towards the mobile window. Not until the guy on the line passed the window did someone come over. No apology for the long wait, fries were cold.

  I found out tonight when I went here, that they are discontinuing the ice cream! Rally's used to be considered like the ONLY drive thru food source that had the chocolate and vanilla swirl option......and now they not only gave up the best choice for an ice-cream cone.....but ALL ice-cream together?! I was like NOOOoOoOOo!!! Whoever came up with that decision- boo to you, I say. Boooo.

  I posted a glowing review for this place that I have since deleted. They keep raising prices and I have, on more than one occasion, have been the victim of their “gotcha” pricing. First charging me for food I did not want, then upgrading what I had ordered (along with its cost) after I had ordered. I’m honestly pretty done with this location.
