They're ringing it up as 2 six inch sandwiches and giving themselves a big tip. Wouldn't let me look at the credit card scanner after I tapped it. Don't patronize this rip-off business.
- DDDrebinobrahOct 22, 20251.0Like most on-base subways, the servers are unbelievably rude, hard to understand, bark at you if god-forbid you ask about a menu item then snigger and giggle in Spanish before quickly snapping back into their “customer service” attitude. One of the worst I’ve experienced.
- JGJackie GutierrezOct 21, 20251.0I’m beyond frustrated with the service at this Subway or this food court by in general. Tire — who’s supposed to be the main head manager for the food court — should know better. I ordered a footlong meal (which I spoke up and said), and she pressed it in as two 6-inch sandwiches instead of one footlong. How does that make sense? It’s literally the same bread, same meat, just cut in half. Even Tire admitted that was true but still didn’t fix it right away. So when I asked for my receipt I looked it over and had to walk back to subway and waste my break just to ask why it was rung up like this and why I was overcharged. Then she (Tire) brought Maravic (another supervisor) who wasn’t even involved from the start. Instead of handling the issue professionally, they were discussing it while I was standing there, wasting my whole lunch break. If it was their money being overcharged, I’m sure they’d be upset too. And the refund process…OMG.. why do you have to refund the entire meal and re-ring it, instead of just giving me back the difference? The whole experience was ridiculous and unprofessional. Tire should be setting the example, not arguing with customers or siding with employees who made the mistake. Clearly, they’re not focused on customer service — just on squeezing extra money out of people.
