  STAY AWAY - MAJOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATION (ORDER #971320)" ​"I am absolutely disgusted with our experience tonight. My wife found a large insect leg inside her food. This is a severe biological contaminant and a major health safety risk. ​Beyond the bugs, the entire $33 order was a mess: burritos weren’t grilled, onions were missing, and the taco shells were smashed. When I called to report the insects in the food, the store only offered a '$15 remake.' ​Offering a partial credit for contaminated food is negligent. We have photo evidence and will be filing formal reports with the Yavapai County Health Department and Desert de Oro Foods corporate. If you value your health, do not eat at this location until they address their sanitary conditions.

  *bug in food* I got 3 things. I got a supreme cheesy gordita crunch, a taco bowl and chips. My gordita crunch was not supreme. Had a pinch of meat and was broken. I go to eat the bowl. There is a bug leg in it! This is seriously so disgusting. I get things happen but this is literally placed on top like a garnish. Dont know how no one saw that before giving it out to a customer

  Taco bell was on point tonight!!! Thank you guy's for making sure we had everything in are bag that we order! The food was on point! My mexican pizza hit! You guys helped a family have a successful family dinner night. Sad that the Carne asada fries where sold out. Next time!

  While I understand the point of doing automated kiosks so that you don't have to have a cashier take the order, if you put them that close together only one person can use them anyway so why bother having two? Since you didn't want to take my order I went next door and ate at Panda.
