  There prices are better than most and pizza is better quality then Domino's, but I'm very upset they cheap out on carry out. They use to give us plastic containers for our wings. Now to save money I have to deal with this mess and clean my car!

  The quality of the people working here has SHARPLY declined over the last year. They’re rude, lazy, and incompetent. They don’t take customer complaints like they’re supposed to! They claim they do not have a manager (or someone senior) on duty and as such they won’t even listen to you AT ALL if your delivery order arrives incorrect and unsatisfactory. They just “transfer” you to a customer complaint line that NEVER picks up. The pizza I received today was the most garbage slab of cardboard pizza I have ever seen come from a pizza franchise and to top it off, the order was incorrect. I was supposed to get a stuffed crust pizza. I received a regular crust pizza that might as well have been made out of croutons cause it was so dry and overcooked, another overcooked pizza, and then undercooked boneless chicken that the breading was falling off of. To make matters worse, no matter what I tried I could not get a hold of somebody to rectify the situation so I could feed my kids dinner. 40 friggin dollars and I can’t even get someone to acknowledge that they screwed up. They just don’t give a crap. I guess I’ll just have to content myself with making an online complaint on their website and hope that I get my money back for the garbage pizza order that I received.

  Horrible!! Rip off!! Bought chicken wings was told you gotta buy the dipping sauce!! Who the he'll does that!! They never did that before!! Never order there any more!! Crazy!!

  so sit on hold for 22 minutes I’ve finally went down to see what was going on. There’s one car in the parking lot belongs to the employee. I walked in, and the girl was standing behind the register, watching out the window. She says no, we don't answer the phones. We keep them turned off. Why have a phone if you're gonna have it turned off?

  If your doordashing I do not advise you to use this Pizza Hut they're very unprofessional rude and this is the third time this week nothing has been made on time. I waited 25 minutes for one Pizza unacceptable
