  I don't get a very long lunch break at work so usually I don't go anywhere. Needless to say if I DO go somewhere like Sonic and try 3 different order stalls to order and 15 minutes later I end up driving away and they don't answer the phone either, it's disappointing to say the least. I hadn't been going there at all until someone gave me a gift card so had been trying them out, and this was the third time going, so normally I'd say 2 normal experiences out of 3 isn't horrible but as I said I'm not given much time so when it's wasted it bothers me. Once my gift card is used up I won't be going back, might even just give the card away to someone who is willing to put up with whatever is going on there.

  They NEVER answer the phone, how is one supposed to call if theres issues as it states on the website if the phone is disconnected or they simply refuse to answer?
