We went through the drive-thru, and when we reached the payment window, one of the girls suddenly got a nosebleed. I didn’t have any napkins or tissues in my car, so I knocked on the window to get the employee’s attention. The employee deliberately turned her head away and ignored me. I knocked four times before she finally opened the window, only to say she was “with someone.” I explained that I understood, but there was a child in my car with a nosebleed and asked if she could please provide some napkins. She handed me three or four napkins with no empathy or concern. I waited about ten minutes for my order, but due to the child’s nose still bleeding and needing proper care, I had no choice but to leave without receiving my food and take her home where I could handle the issue. I called to share my experience, but the gentleman who answered also seemed uninterested and unconcerned. If this situation had occurred at my place of business, I would have made sure the customer had what they needed and offered assistance to the best of my ability—especially involving a child. This will be the last time I spend money at this establishment.
