  Went in on a Saturday around 5pm and they were out of half of their ingredients. No corn, vegetables, guac, salsa. We felt like we got scammed by the time we sat down to eat. If you're out of half of the choices to add to your bowl/burrito, you should really give a discount or free bag of chips or something. Customer service was trash as well and we will not be going back to Chipotle.

  The health department should stop by here, guessing they would not pass and the service was horrific. Wish I would have taken a picture for proof...but if you stop by you'll see for yourself.

  Usually a decent experience, edible anyways. Entered today and the place was disgusting. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept since 9:00 a.m, I was getting dinner. The employees faces and attitudes reflected the condition and cleanliness of the restaurant. Unsurprisingly the employee messed the order up and gave me something I didn't ask for. My order had to be redone and the employee was visibly upset about his mistake. When the order was finally completed, the lady at the checkout counter looked like she had just rolled out of bed. I'm a little afraid to eat tonight's dinner as these employees couldnt care less about what happens in that restaurant. We would typically eat here once a week, but I don't think we'll be returning anytime soon. Disappointing.

  I've waited a while to post this review, hoping my opinion would change. My experience only seems to get worse with each visit. The dining room is always dirty and messy, garbage overflowing, tables with spilled food, trash on the floor. The are always out of at MINIMUM 1 core menu item. The other night they were out of steak, chicken, both rices. The next day they were out of lids and bowls. If they have chips, they are stale everytime I've eaten them. The portions delivered are so inconsistent, some days its nearly a double portion its so full, and other days I barely get a half portion. I was so excited when I heard we were getting a chipotle in town, its one of our favorite places to eat, but this is consistently the worst location we have ever been to. Either management needs to step it up or corporate Chipotle needs to step in.

  Absolutely disgusting the girl served me with no gloves interrupted the other worker while trying to help me they where out of everything and closing a hour early they acted like we where a inconvenience when they get paid to serve us terrible portions aswell this was the worst service I’ve seen from this chipotle
