On top of it you still have to pay full price for subs that aren't complete with the meats they are supposed to come with. Workers are always great but take alot of heat bc the people in charge suck at their job

Three people were working today, but there were no customers, and they couldn't cut up onions, they have been out them for the last couple of days. We ask the girl behind the counter, she told us that the onions were in a bowl in the back. But no one in the last week could cut onions had to tell the girl four times what we wanted. Couldnt listen to what we wated. Last week my wife went and there was only one employee working. Said the staff before her didn't want to cut up onions. Getting upset that the service is getting worse to spend 40$ on dinner. Why is there never a manager on duty?

I asked for a Philly, they didn't have steak, I asked for a boss, they didn't have meatballs, I left with a club that I waited (behind 1 person for) for way to long as the only woman seeming to work, scurried around trying to find supplies and another employee made herself a bowl of whatever. The 1 star I'm giving isn't really for the restaurant, it's for the 1 good employee who probably doesn't get enough recognition. Also the next morning as the "pilot" it's connected to didn't have any hot food out, I was mislead into believing i could get food at the subway that was closed, because it had a big green neon sign that said open... silly me.
