Everytime I go to this Subway they are out of something. One time they only had 1 kind of bread left. Another time they ran out of 3 different kinds of meat. This time they are pretty much out of vegetables. All they had left is what was in the tins. 90% of them were empty. The cashier said it was because of the holiday week and they were busy. Well they should know it's a busy travel week and and your 1 of 5 restaurants in the middle of no where. Also if your delivery comes from the north, than plan on delays because of the wheather. How does this place stay in business when they are always out of the most important items that make your business?

Do not let the kid with the peach fuzz mustache make your food! This place must have been desperate for workers to hire this kid, If you're at the pilot fueling up and you decide to get a sandwich from the subway there do not let the kid with the wispy mustache make your food, he got sauce all over the bread and through half the toppings in the trash and also didn't have a clue what he was doing as far as wrapping the sandwich. I asked him to wrap both halves individually and instead of wrapping the entire sandwich then cutting it in half he decided to cut the sandwich in half and then try to wrap each half individually and ended up making a huge mess and wasting half of the Tommy's that were supposed to go on my sandwich he threw them in the trash not to mention the fact that he talked over my food the entire time and when I tried to help him by telling him how to properly wrap the sandwich he told me that his boss told him to do it that way or you get in trouble which was total BS if I ever stop at this truck stop again and decide to get a sandwich there's no way that kid is touching my food 👎🏻👎🏻

Whoever manages this place and does the ordering has no idea what they are doing. Every time we go they are out of half the meats/ veggies. On top of it you still have to pay full price for subs that aren't complete with the meats they are supposed to come with. Workers are always great but take alot of heat bc the people in charge suck at their job

Poor service, poor food quality. Three people were working today, but there were no customers, and they couldn't cut up onions, they have been out them for the last couple of days. We ask the girl behind the counter, she told us that the onions were in a bowl in the back. But no one in the last week could cut onions had to tell the girl four times what we wanted. Couldnt listen to what we wated. Last week my wife went and there was only one employee working. Said the staff before her didn't want to cut up onions.
Getting upset that the service is getting worse to spend 40$ on dinner. Why is there never a manager on duty?
